Hi James! I’ve found your phone number on your website. My name is Cagri D. I’m a tenant at century court in city centre. We’re currently in Dublin and not returning until tomorrow evening. We need someone to access our flat and feed our cats. They have auto food dispenser but it looks like cats knocked it down and now they have no food. Could you please help us? We need someone to access the flat, put the food dispenser up and give some cat food. Is it possible to pick the lock without having to change it so we can use our keys to get in once we are back?

During last night’s storm, the top of our roof blew off and a ridge tile smashed straight through our velux window in our dining room. After a mad panic, with hail falling, wind blowing and glass EVERYWHERE we called James who came out within the hour (at 3am!!!). He was extremely pleasant, polite and he carefully boarded up our window. He then proceeded to help us to clear all the mess that had been created from the smash. I would 100% recommend.we are very grateful that he came to our rescue at such short notice and in the middle of the night.

If your looking for an emergency lock smith I highly recommend James Cardiff Locksmith!! This evening I locked myself out of the car with my 7 & 2 year old. We were stranded in a dark car park in the freezing cold! I don’t know what I would have done without his help tbh! He came within 10 minutes and resolved my problem really quickly. Contacted James when I was locked in the house due to problems with my front door. Even though it was late in the evening, James was at my house within 15 minutes and worked quickly and effectively to get my door open and placed a temporary lock on my door. He came back promptly the next day to replace the fault and the door works perfectly. Highly recommended if you're looking for a locksmith!

Arrived within 30 minutes, charged a reasonable amount and opened the door quickly. I'd definitely use this locksmith again.

My misses forgot her front door keys and i was away so had no way of giving her my set of keys. She rang James, explained i was away and he was around her house withing 20 minutes. He was polite, friendly and knew exactly what he was doing and had the door open in a jiffy. She's also had a problem with her backdoor for a while, even i couldn't get it open, but James managed to sort it which left the misses very pleased as now i cant start using her back door more often, saving me dragging my muddy work boots right through the house! 10/10 Misses would recommend again.
